Seed orders will be 'dry seed only' (unless otherwise stated and therefore conditions of distance will apply), and will be labelled appropriately for inspection by quarantine officers.

Orders are posted on the same day or the following day of receipt of the order, except when the order is received Fri-Sun. You will be notified by Beautanicals, by email, once your order and payment has been received.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR STATE OR COUNTRY GOVERNMENTS TO ENSURE THAT THE PLANTS THAT YOU MAY WISH TO PURCHASE ARE NOT CLASSIFIED AS WEEDS OR PROHIBITED IN ANY WAY.

We are aware of some restrictions and will not send seed, plant or plant material to those areas, but the legal situations are changing at such a rate that we must rely on you to do the responsible thing in your environment.

Live plants cannot be accepted into Tasmania or Western Australia and some dry seed only is permitted.

We can no longer accept International orders for plants, as postage varies wildly and quarantine conditions are ever changing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Most States within the US allow most seed and postage is reasonably consistent from 7 - 18 days to receipt.

European postage times vary much more, with Spain, France and Poland taking up to three weeks.

UK postage is erratic in delivery time. Sometimes only 3 or 4 days but other times up to two weeks.

Postage to the Philippines, Bermuda and The Bahamas takes around 4 weeks.

Postage to Indonesia is usually 2 weeks.

Delivery time to Thailand is 7 days.
